Good resort, the moment you check-in they lead you to a smooth marketing guy who will start "bombarding" you with benefits and promises if you would just dedicat 90min of your time for what he calls a "Presentation" on the resort, this turns out to be an aggressive 3H+ selling technique to get you to buy a Timeshare unit! Be aware and refuse all benefits or else you will fall into this "Trap"
Aside from that I would highly recommend this resort which is 1-10min drive from all major parks (excluding Disney 20min), the facilities are well kept and maintained and there is a 24H security, International Drive is 5min away and there is a nearby huge Walmart.
All considered I would definitely come back again just without the Timeshare portion.

We had a great end to our honeymoon staying at the Grand Beach. After the madness of orlando 3 nights at this beautiful hotel was exactly what we needed! We had an ocean front suite on the 18th floor and the view was perfect.
The room was huge and had everything we needed, Staff were very friendly and happy to help. The roof top pool offers perfect views of the city, it really is special!
Only 1 criticism, $35 a day for valet parking with no other option is crazy, however, every hotel along Miami Beach has pretty much the same policy so not a lot you can do about it!

The entire hotel was cleaned, even the rooms, but the bed was low, not high, and the bed was very comfortable even though it was low. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will go back to stay at the Crown Hotel in Hollywood, Florida. I give this Hotel a rating of 5.
