Me and my husband enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The stuff was oh so wonderful and nice to us !! The hotel location was very convenient as it was just steps away from Disney Springs. There was a free bus right outside the hotel to other Disney attractions/parks. Oh and lastly we loved the pool and the grill and bar it was wonderful getaway we much appreciate all of the hard work that the stuff does to make their clients happy. Thank you !!

"My stay at Holiday Inn Waterpark Resort Orlando."
About 5 years I stay there when it was the Nickelodeon Waterpark Resort I which I thought at that time was very good. Granted it the Holiday Inn bought this Resort and still in the process of change things around. I think now it is still a good place to stay and the Waterpark is still very good. There are 4 Problems I see that need to be addressed First every night I stayed there between 10pm to 12 am a Employee of the Resort would be pushing a cart around. It was Very Noisy it was not the usual Maid type cart. I heard one lady yell at the Employee I am trying to sleep. I almost went outside my room to tell him the same thing. Second: There was a noise very once in awhile coming from the plumbing in the Bathroom walls like something blowing a horn. Third; The free breakfast was ok at best but there was not enough employees to keep up with the guests needs. Fourth: The Main Restaurant was closed for renovation I don't think it would matter the food there is over priced. I stayed on the sixth floor in bldg. 10. I believe if Holiday Inn can remedy these four problems my rating would move from Pleasing to Excellent. I thought about going back there again but first I want to see by other guests comments if these problems still exist.

There are major renovations going on.............turning floors into residences so parts of the hotel is closed and a big inconvenience to get to the pool , restaurant etc..
Food at the restaurant and service is terrible, extremely poor service, waited 20 minutes for server to ask us what we wanted after asking for menu and waited 10 minutes for that, they got our simple order wrong........ distaster, avoid it.
The rooms are nice but the floors are not clean as they are doing some major reno and changes to the hotel.

The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful, she assisted and accomodate us since we had arrived to the hotel way before check-in time.
She offered us one of the rooms that were available at the time for early check-in.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I will not hesitate to book with Hyatt again.
