Stayed 4 nights, picked this hotel because continuous shuttle to disneyworld. (More on this later).
Room is pretty standard size. Clean. No microwave. No free bottle of drink (tap water doesnt taste good).
What i want to comment is the shuttle though. The shuttle is (im guessing) provided by disney springs because it goes to all hotels in that area. Bus A goes to 4 hotels, bus B goes to best western, wyndham and hilton. They claim bus runs every 30min, from 1 hr before park opens to 1.5 hr (for magic kingdom, the rest 30min) after parks close.
Saturday night we waited for more than an hour for the bus. Called the hotel at 11pm only to be told "yes yes we are aware there has been an accident, just wait there is a bus coming your way". Lots of kids had to sleep on the parking lot pavement. And when the bus did come, there was almost not enough space for all of us because it was close to 11.15 already (shuttle supposedly ends at 11.30 that night). Thankfully it improves the next days.. one time we were picked up by a white generic bus. So that must've been a replacement bus.
It takes approx 45min to 1 hr from hotel to park (for magic kingdom this includes transfer from shuttle to ferry/monorail), so be prepared. Going back to hotel for quick naps will take at least 3 hrs to have sufficient nap time.
Overall might not stay there again next time because the shuttle service is not worth it. Great pool though.

Let me start off by saying, we stay in Orlando 5/6 times per year trying all sorts of the resorts hoping to find the "right one". Westgate Lake has popped up in my search a few times. For the price, it's 100% an amazing value. Located only a mile
Or so to universal. They have it all there. Pools, lake, tennis courts, bowling alley! And more importantly a full grocery store (with liqour). The rooms are in need of updating, which from the what I can tell is happening. Once they are updated and they finish the water park- watch out. This will be a absolutely perfect place to stay. Will go back and will
