Convenient location in AA terminal

This hotel is extremely convenient for layovers at MIA. Conveniently located in the American terminal for anyone are/dep on AA it’s great! Hotel is a little tired but we had a good night sleep & could overlook some things because of the convenience. They don’t have a restaurant, but there is an airport restaurant adjacent to the front desk.

There was a mass of grey hair left in the waste bin from a previous guest. We had problems with Wheelchair Assistance as, apparently the hotel contacted the wrong Company for our Airline. When leaving on our outward journey we asked about a late Check out or Day room for our return journey and were told we would have to go back to the third party who we booked through and a Day room would be $200. We left it and asked again on our return. We could have a late Check Out, without going through the third party and it was $50 plus tax. Late check out was 6.00 pm but our room cards stopped working at 2.00 pm. When I went to the Reception to get them extended to what we had paid for, there was no recognition of the inconvenience nor any apology. Some of the staff were very helpful, but some were not. The restaurant on floor 7 was good and the food was superb.

This hotel is all about the location when you have an early flight. Right by the departure gates, so could not be closer. Clean comfy room perfect for one night

Property is a little older than I expected, but very clean. There is no fridge or microwave in the hotel room. When I asked for a fridge, the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. They installed the fridge within half an hour. With the hotel being attached to the airport i am very happy with how quiet it is (although I’m on the parking lot side of the hotel). For anyone coming to stay and arriving late, there is no room service and the restaurants connected too and in the airport all close before or by 10pm. Not good for late time arrivals. Overall very happy.

Run down, coffee, and cleanliness

Condition is run-down, and therefore feels not clean. Bed was OK but not great. Coffee in the room was a single pod of Cuban expresso- horrible.

The hotel has great potential to become a practical choice for guests. It offers clean rooms, comfortable beds, and fast check-in. The easy access is a plus, but the air conditioning needs maintenance or adjustments, as it is effective yet noisy. Additionally, more marketing efforts are necessary to attract more visitors, which could lead to increased investments.
