The room was clean. But could hear voices or TV all night in neighboring rooms. Also I requested a wake up call at 4:30 am. The wake up call came earlier than requested. The first one came 40 minutes before my requested time, then another call15 min. Later. When I called the front desk they couldn’t understand, because it was still before my request and another call was due. It sounds like I am complaining about a small issue, but when staying at an airport hotel, and am in between flights with a 8 hour layover, I paid to get some sleep. Which did not happen.

The front desk could not find my reservation and it took 15 minutes to check in. When I arrived at the room the bed had debris and hair on it, toilet seat had urine on it. I did not feel comfortable here at all. Couldn’t sleep.

Our stay was adequate. Convenience was our priority. In a way it felt like a dorm room. The toilet had a handle like a stadium. Overall was fine. Room was freezing all night and no extra blanket in room 😳

A bit harsh marking this hotel down for location etc. It's a great airport hotel. Our flight was cancelled and we got a room. Not much to do around the area - got a taxi to a local restaurant. Rooms very tired. No safe. But served a purpose and we slept ok.
