Epcot® hotels in Orlando, Florida

Family of 4 stayed 7 days. Pool and grounds are very nice. Stayed in building 7 where rooms are spacious but could use a good cleaning. Daily house keeping consisted of new towels and toiletries but stopped there. I would probably stay here again because of the price and pool.

This is a very nice hotel. Very clean, good breakfast, nice pool and they provide a shuttle to Disney which was great. The rooms are pretty big. No microwave in the room but there is one by the reception desk. Can't order food from outside the village, have to order from the hotel spots but food was okay. My complaint is that even though I had my Do Not Disturb sign on my door, housekeeping continued to knock every day. One day this woman was so persistent in knocking she woke me up from my sleep and wouldn't go away until I answered the door. Which she then proceeded to take my Do not disturb sign and I had to go get another one from the desk. They continued to knock every day. I even watched one slide my sign under my door. I complained but not sure if it ever got resolved. The place is nice. Only thing that ruined it was housekeeping not understanding do not disturb.

This hotel has been one of our favorite hotels to stay in when we come to Disney. We will definitely be staying here again in our next visit to Orlando. Very clean, staff is nice, our room was spacious. Access to all pools from the 3 hotels. Close to Disney.

When we arrived we were not given the room we had payed for. They tried to accommodate us at a neighboring hotel but the room was lower quality than the one we purchased originally. We were not happy with the room so we complained the next day to see if we could actually get the room we had requested. At the front desk we were helped by Christopher and he was great! He was finally able to give us the room we payed for and gave us a $25 credit to purchase any snacks at the hotel. We were happy with the service and the room the second day. But we felt cheated the first day. Overall, the experience was half good and half bad.

apartments spacious and very clean. handy for local I ride Trolley. walking distance to Supermarket. Had a great relaxing holiday.

Expedia rate does not include tax, Also this is a budget hotel. Incase planning stay for mare than a week - no daily house keeping, Good for short stay .

This place really blew us away with amazing customer service, a comfortable room with a great, very clean kitchen and a nice outdoor pool. I used the laundry center to wash my clothes and it was clean and easy to access. They even had a basic gym. Also, the continental breakfast was fantastic. It was honestly the best I've ever seen with healthy options and everything had whole grains which is important to me. My other favorite was that they weren't charging extra for their breakfast, which many other hotels are doing when booking through Expedia. The housekeeping team surprised us by setting up our blankets and my daughter's stuffed animals on our beds in a cute way, which was a sweet touch that made our stay special.

It was a good experience nice hotel for the price

The accommodations were exceptional and was close to attractions and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. Had all the comforts of home.
