Loved our stay! Rooms weren't fancy, but perfectly nice. The pub on site was perfect for a few beers and wings before going out. The outdoor pool after a day of skiing was just the thing our tired legs needed. Every staff member we had interactions with was incredibly nice and helpful. Overall great exerience. Will definitely be back!

I came for two days prepared to chill and read. After the snow started falling I could not resist and added half a day of skiing which was great. This place is not the easiest to get to, as there are no shuttles, etc. You either drive or hire a transport service, for about $100 one way. I thought the place was really nice. Everything from the room, the common areas, outdoor and indoor activities for adults as well as kids. There is little bit of everything. The staff is wonderful! Very relaxed atmosphere.
The only negative thing is that I think it is somewhat overpriced but I do not have much to compare it with from this area.

The room was about average with any other hotel. The room was overall pretty clean. The best part was the breakfast. The breakfast was a lot more formal than most hotel breakfasts, and was a buffet with many options.

I stayed two nights at the Green Mountain Inn while traveling alone in Stowe. It is definitely a classic colonial-style inn - winding tight hallways, smaller rooms and quaint decorations, but I'm from New England so I love it. Location is perfect - right in historic Stowe village, walkable to several shops and restaurants. Short drive to other Stowe and Waterbury attractions, only about 15 minutes from 89. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed over Spring Break so did not get the full affect of it's mountain location. Nevertheless, the property is nice and there were some good restaurants and activities nearby. Close to many Western Mass. attractions. Family friendly condos with a central activity space with indoor pool, arcade and outdoor firepit. It was fairly crowded even during our off-season trip so I can imagine it is too crowded for our tastes during the height of the summer season. Still, a nice reasonable place to stay for our family nestled in the heart of the Berkshires.

Rooms outdated and a bit on skeavy side.
Food and restaurant service downright awful and it really doesn't have to be that bad even for ski lodge type food. John Harvards is worse than the Christensen's pub, but both are pretty bad (service and food). In the plus side, staff mostly very friendly. Lines were manageable.
