The surf building we stayed in was close to the beach. The elevator smelled like mildew, but the room was extremely clean. Saltwater pool was nice, they had a smaller kids pool play area close to the beach that had slides and water tunnel that my son loved. Hotel was close to everything, but parking on the weekend at he building we were in was horrible, during the week plenty of parking. Outside of hotel needed updated, but so do most of the hotels on ocean blvd.

I found that every staff member of the dunes Village resort was very friendly just passing them in the hall or by the pool or in the motel restaurant and as we left the doorman always very very friendly pleasant

French Quarter Inn is probably the most comfortable hotel my husband and I have ever stayed, and that's something, because we travel a lot. Welcoming and attentive staff, champagne reception during the check-in, fabulous breakfasts with mimosas (optional room delivery at no charge), cheese and wine in the afternoon and port (or milk and cookies for the kiddies) before bed. Add to it spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, and you have a hotel you don't want to leave. We'll most certainly be back!

Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff extra friendly and helpful. Room is average. We were beside the elevator which was pretty noisy and the beds were a lot harder than I like. Not bad for the price.

Awesome hotel right next to USC. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful. And it's close to many excellent restaurants and great shopping. I love the Inn at USC Wyndham Gardens.
