A+ staff, A+ pools, A+ location, A+ pool bar, A+ beach.....now the rental rooms-- I give them a C...they are old, clean- but you can't clean old- our tub was painted in areas, there were cracks in the walls, but that being said- everything else was amazing! The staff would have upgraded us with a smile, but it was a busy week and no other rooms were available. We did not listen to the condo sales pitch- I think you get nicer rooms if you do. Dog friendly which is a BIG plus for us, even though the rooms were old- we would stay there again

Great hotel, one rude guy who worked in the only restaurant that served lunch stopped it from being perfect. We had a small child and this particular guy never said a word to us only motioning to us with his hands. After sitting there for a few minutes and no one speaking to us we got up and left and he just watched us leave and said nothing. Overall a great hotel with great pools but this one experience really affected us. In fairness the dinner crews were better, we just walked next door to the neighboring hotel to eat lunch and their staff was excellent

Loved stay there. Could choose between beach and poolside. Breakfast very delicious and poolside was convenient for food and drink. Did not like pool sections on beach being closed during our stay as we pre-paid for this as part of resort amenities. Room could have bed more spacious with deck especially. Beds very comfortable. Shower was great- maid-staff attentive. There should be a mirror in the room itself as the only two were in the bathroom and with more than 2 people this was difficult getting ready. Also beach chairs should be part of the package- we had to rent them $20 per person and extra $20 for umbrella each day we sat on the beach. Beautiful, immaculate surroundings. Wait-staff very friendly and accommodating- pleasant to chat with. Hotel in great location- beach which was clean, warm water and beautiful waves to swim in. Liked the town and surrounding Sullivan Island. Loved how close it was to Charleston and easy it was to get in and out of city. My husband loved the golf and my 16 year-old daughter loved driving him around on the golf cart!! Overall great place to see the area for the first time!!!

Great hotel! Was very surprised how nice, clean and spacious this place is! Only 6 miles from the French quarters! Nice restaurant inside of the hotel and many stores and cafes available in the area, walking distance. Rooms are very nice with amazing, granite countertops bathroom, that has bath tub and a big shower! Water pressure and temperature great, tons of shampoo and conditioner! Kureg coffee maker in the room. WHY even pay $350 to stay in the French quarters if you get everything for $125 only 6 miles away!

I was there to work. In my case a lack of a view from my room did not matter. My room faced a roof, the room itself was lovely. The room is very large with two sofas both make into beds. All in all a perfect stay.
