Not a golfer but loved the scenery and room. Beautiful and relaxing 4 day stay. Front office staff were amazing. However, disappointing experience regarding off season response to broken bath; broken sliding screen doors. Items were looked at but never repaired? Not the level of responsiveness I expected of such a highly rated resort.

We decided to stay for one more night right after we walked into the resort. The staff was friendly, the room spacious, and the pools clean. The resort is close to everything and is in a nice neighborhood. We will definitely come back.

I just returned from a three night stay at Arizona Inn. What a treat! The staff could not be nicer and definitely goes above and beyond with customer service. The grounds are immaculate. Fabulous restaurants & many places to sit with a book or wander with a glass of wine. Pool was lovely - and even had a free ice cream Sundae bar in the evenings.

I had a "staycation" in Tucson and was looking for a hotel with a pool to overcome the 108 heat. I live only 10 minutes away from the hotel. It was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming. The room was immaculate. The food at the restaurant was very good. I only gave the hotel 4 stars in the facilities category because they did not have a fitness center on site. I can't wait to go back.

This is a very pretty property with stunning views of Sedona! Upon check-in, our room could have been cleaner (we found a cork, bottle cap, and dead bug in plain view on the carpet). Also, when we asked for non-down pillows, the staff brought the exact same down pillows as replacements, so maybe a little staff training is in order. It was also a bit frustrating that our cable was out for significant periods of time. I guess I was expecting a bit more for the price we paid. However, the breakfast was very good.
