The hotel was an excellent choice for location. The staff was remarkable. We did experience unclean balcony which never was cleaned during stay and prohibited sitting out to enjoy view of the city. The room was outstanding other than worn furniture and I cleaned carpeting. Overall, the stay was very nice. Would like to recommend Dantannas in CNN Center for yummy crab cakes and Fresh to Order for breakfast.

the room was clean but it sounded like a elephant was place in the room above us and our neighbors were noisy, hollering and etc outside our room. when I went to check out no one could be found to get my bill print out.

Amazing staff owners available to talk with. Local town Blairsville had one of the best Italian restaurants on the East coast. Reserve a spot downstairs!

This was by far one of the best hotels in Savannah! The location was perfect with a convenient location to the downtown Historic district. The staff was courteous and professional. From the moment we arrived we received excellent customer service from the valet to the front desk check in. It was definitely like your home away from home! Our room was clean, bright and decorative.

This is a great hotel in a great location. My daughter and I spent a long weekend there. It just right at City Market and just a couple of minutes from River Street. The tour trolleys stop right in front of the hotel. There are lots of good restaurants nearby and the historic district is within easy walking distance.
My only negative about the entire weekend was the street noise from City Market at night. You could hear loud music and partying until around 3 AM. Our balcony looked out on Ellis Square. This probably would not have been an issue if we had not be facing the square. But we enjoyed watching all the activities in the square, so the night noise was not that big of a deal for us. There was a white noise machine by the bed, but we never used it.
