I really liked the feel of the hotel. The area wasn't that great and the parking is kind of a nightmare. It's annoying that you can't just get your own cart, but have to have a bellman bring it to your room each time. It was clean and i loved the pool area. I'd come back again for less than $100/night.

We left our house very early as my husband was afraid of the traffic being bad. We got to the Omni about 3 hours early, but the front desk clerk Moses had a room available for us. After we dropped our stuff off on the room we went down to ask about lunch and getting around Atlanta. Moses again went out of his way with recommendations and directions for everything. He was very kind to our daughter with her 1000 and 1 questions about everything. At the hotel restaurant Russell was the kindest waiter ever, he went to the pastry store on the other side of the hotel to get our daughter a cookie.

Perfect location in the middle of River St fun. Convenient exits onto River St and W Bay St levels. Old world charm and style and we had a balcony room which we enjoyed. Savannah is such a great escape and you are part of the fun here!

Beautiful Island and hotel staff was excellent. Did not like being suprized by the toll gate. I thought this should have been added into the hotel rate. Very inconvenient. Loved the beaches and bike riding offered. I was very happy with our stay but did not like all of the taxes. The government at its' best.

My wife and I wanted to stop on St Simons on our way back to Virginia to look for a place to come back to next Fall. We looked around the Island but came to the conclusion that the King and Prince was the place to be. We will return.

We enjoyed staying at ocean lodge. It wasn't at all what we were expecting but was very nice. Was a little disappointed that it was so close to the ocean but we couldn't see it at all from our balcony due to large beach homes built in front of it. Also was too much construction going on at the time to enjoy sitting outside as another large beach house was being built right across the street. The rooftop was fantastic and the staff could not have been nicer. Was definitely the best place to stay on St Simons.
