I loved the property. Although I wasn’t at the hotel resort for most of my stay cause I was visiting the theme parks. I definitely would like to spend a day doing the activities. The resort has to offer. The amenities in the rooms are amazing. Felt very comfortable and homelike. I definitely plan on staying here again for my next Orlando visit.

It seemed to be pretty private, and quite the shower water was cold the bathroom towel rack was broken and the dishwasher leaked when you ran it. I only pointe these out because we were told we were in the new building. Communication is through text so no staff contact. Spa is amazing but again no communication so we missed out on opportunities. Love love love the location and overall would come back again.

Overall, we loved the spacious suite and large balcony space. Generally very clean, though the tub could've been a bit cleaner. Great location near everything you need and close to Universal and Disney theme parks. I was disappointed about two things: 1. There was no complimentary bottles of water available in our room upon arrival. I had to go downstairs to purchase from the vending machine at 2:00 AM but it was sold out. I called Guest Services and I was told they don't offer complimentary water and asked I check the vending machine in the next building. I walked up to the next building and the card reader wouldn't read my card and did not accept cash. I then went to a third building and could finally buy a bottle of water... $4.10 per bottle. Super expensive. Long walk after 2:00 AM just trying to find drinking water. This should be considered a basic must in the hospitality industry. Many hotels in the country and the WORLD provide complimentary drinking water, or at the very least they put a couple of bottles in the fridge available for purchase. It shouldn't be that hard to make it happen. Having arrived from a flight so late at night only to find there was no drinking water in my room and having to walk around the property so late and so tired looking for drinking water was a very poor experience. 2. Housekeeping is only provided upon request. The majority of hotels in the country do housekeeping daily. Not sure why I would have to make a call to request it.

We enjoyed the stay and do recommend overall, but the hot tubs were not hot at all, and when we called, they didn't warm them up. Disappointing. The ad did NOT tell me no housekeeping all week, nor did it say that the water park was only for 'owners' as this is a property where they will be very aggressive to get you to do a time share deal.

Room was very very clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries for our stay. I took off 1 star for just being a bit outdated and “tired” looking, a lingering sour gym sock smell, and in walls. Close enough to Universal and restaurants. Pros: Clean Location We have lovely view of lake Close to Universal and parks Staff was friendly and ver accommodating. We were allowed to check in much earlier when we arrived in town early. Plenty of towels, toiletries and dish/laundry soap Lovely fully screened balcony Free parking Shuttle access to Universal Pizza was good on site Having kitchen was very nice! Cons: Needs a refreshing on decor/updated needed There was a terrible sour smell that kept coming through vents. Took 2.5 hours to get extra coffee we called and requested Temp only went down to 68 degrees and we do prefer to sleep in colder room at night We were in bed and our neighbors were getting busy…literally felt the walls shake causing my head to bang against the wall…so thin walls and yes you can hear the moans, laughs and voices in neighboring units Our TV was so tilted on the wall it looked like it would fall off Overall we would stay here again. Even with the cons listed, it was not all the time and the pros were much more important and our weight the cons. As for our neighbors…we weren’t too bothered because it only lasted about 2 minutes.
