hotel was everything we expected. Parking was easy, the location was great, One block from Bourbon and a short walk to Jackson square. We were there for just a long weekend get away and was very pleased how easy it was to get to everything. The staff was very friendly and rooms were very comfortable.

Could not have picked a better hotel in New Orleans. Clean, stunning, amazing service from all staff. Gumbo tasting cart in lobby each day, very helpful concierge and hotel did a great job of creating a wonderful oasis to escape to at the end of a busy day on Bourbon street. Walking distance to all major attractions. Went for my birthday and valet Nolan arranged for champagne and strawberries to be sent to the room. Thoroughly impresses with every aspect of this hotel, highly recommended.

I wasn't too hopeful after reading a few of the reviews, but I was completely satisfied with this hotel. The room was pretty big, and the girl working the front desk was very nice. There may be a bar here that I didn't know about (and never heard and noise from), because there were a lot of people there late the night we were there.

This hotel was nice and as far as location, I would recommend it. However, it was pricey. For one night we paid $260 and by no means is this a swanky hotel. To make it worse, when we arrived the power was out and we could not get in to our room until about an hour and half after arriving. The staff did offer us some items from "The Market" but I would have thought a room discount would have been more fitting since we had to wait so long to get in our room. For some it may have not been so inconvenient, but we were there for a concert and had a time to be there. There for, the delay in check-in did not allow for us to get a shower and grab dinner, as we had hoped before leaving. I know that maybe be a personal issue, but I would have expected upon check-out there would have been a discount for the inconvenience.
