First off, the rooms themselves are beautiful. Very roomy, beautiful bathroom, who's to complain? The bed was comfy, room was clean, good pillows. The only problem I had was the smell of smoke in the casinos but if you allow smoking, you're gonna smell it. It is what it is.

This is my second time staying at Resorts with a group of about 20 people in our early twenties. Both times have had a hassle-free check-in with friendly staff happy to accommodate our large group, a clean room, great meals at the restaurants, and free parking in the off-season. Also easy to arrange a limo pick-up through the front desk for just $5 a person to get us to our club destination for the night. Highly recommend!

Hotel room always clean and comfortable when we go but last room was facing parking garage and you can hear cars reving engines on occasion. Also last time we stayed rugs in hallway outside room being vacuumed at 10 am. We were up so didn't matter but if I had late night I wouldn't been happy considering check out is 12p. I would still try staying again

The hotel was a very standard hotel targeted at airport travelers. It seemed like a decent value but Expedia doesn't tell you that you need to pay $15 a night for parking that is not included in the room price. Also, the airport shuttle only leaves every half hour on the hour and drops off at the airtran station P4 rather than directly at the terminals. This is no problem, but people should just know what to expect.

However, the food needs improvement and they really need to update directions on how to reach it. The address shows as 550 route 1 and 9 which for someone who uses GPS to get around the GPS cannot find it. Called the hotel to get a better address the only one they can give is the United Employee parking next door so if you don't realize you will end up in their parking area which is a big No No. This according to the United rude attendant.
I am used to having my meals in the hotel as it is easier. The room service was less than desired and the young man who brought the food did not speak English but Italian. Which is exotic if you want a date but not so much if you are trying to explain items are missing from the order like drink and utensils.
The hotel itself was clean and the room was as well. Just some minor details as far as service could be better.

My husband and I stay one night each week at the Westin so we can be available the next morning to babysit our new granddaughter. We don't get to take advantage of many hotel amenities in the short time we are there, but we love it enough to keep coming back week after week.
