I was in Tampa for a long weekend to visit my daughter and her fiancé. The Marriott was an excellent location, a clean and well appointed hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Nice stay

The only complaint I had last time was the front desk staff was not very friendly. This time the were awesome, friendly and made me feel welcome. Last time I felt they were judgmental and thought I wasn't good enough to stay, not knowing I was a professional.

The hotel is in nice condition and the room was excellent. The bed was downright enjoyable to sleep on. I liked the longer pillows instead of the new trend in more smaller pillows. The room was clean and spacious.

Stayed here because it was close to Amalie Arena (Pearl Jam concert). Staff was very helpful in giving us information and arranging transportation. Hotel was clean and secure, and had all the amenities that Hampton Inn is known for. Is a good center point for exploring Ybor City. Would recommend the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Across the palm-lined Hillsborough River, University of Tampa’s Moorish architecture sits in contrast of modern downtown. Nearby, historic Ybor City is Tampa’s Latin Quarter.
