For the price, this was just what we needed; a safe, clean place to sleep in midtown. Don't expect lots of luxury down pillows and high thread count sheets; I would recommend this to people who are very price-conscious but don't want to go with AirBnB and still want to feel like they're in a "hotel". The room was very small with outdated furniture (and a squeaky bed), but the water pressure in the bathroom was great, and everything was fully functioning and very clean albeit used for years. We also had a phenomenal view of the Empire State Building and a very pleasant receptionist, which made my stay better than most, I think.

Great location, very accessible and it was not as expensive as the other options. The rooms were great, can't ask for anything else. Good and friendly service were a plus. Arthur received us with a smile and a great attitude.
