The room and hotel seemed o be in excellent condition - staff were helpful and easy to work with. There's a Starbucks attached to the lobby - yeah, not so unusual for Seattle, but very convenient. Parking is only $18/night - much better than other hotels (or garages) in this area.

From the friendly staff to the great room, we will keep coming back to Suncadia over and over. It's the perfect blend of relaxation and activities for families, a girls getaway or time without the kids. The friendly and accommodating staff help make the place even better.

The hotel is close to the express way and reasonably close to places to eat. The staff are friendly and on top of their game. Construction/renovations on the stairs need to happen. The hotel is aware of this and indicated they are working on it. Overall, this is a great place. Certainly worth the price.

I was in a handicap room which was very spacious. The decore was a bit dated and I had to go outside to get to the front of hotel where breakfast was...which the snow/ice storm made it more difficult
The only other thing I didn't like was the extra cost for a breakfast that was less than desireable. The bread was hard (and possibly a little moldy- hard to tell with white bread) and less food options than other places I've stayed. They had granola, cherios, and raisin brand for cereal options, eggs, meat, fruit, and some small muffins. None of it tasted that good and left me Unsatisfied
