I traveled with my one year-old to Boston and was nervous about traveling with the baby. The Boston Harbor employees eased my worries, provided a crib free of charge, even supplied extra diaper wipes, a diaper and baby soap just for my son. When we checked out the man at the front desk gave my son a stuffed animal. Everyone from the doorman to the cleaning ladies were great. I strongly recommend this hotel (if you can afford it, that's my only negative- it was pricey)

We stayed at this hotel for one night prior to a Disney trip. The staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful. They gave us a list of local places to eat with directions and offered to shuttle us to and from. Continental breakfast was a plus in the morning and the airport is literally across the street.

A few nice surprises and some not so nice. Very nice room but we heard highway traffic all night. We assumed breakfast would be a glorified continental type but it was much better. Most of the staff members were nice but one concierge blamed us for our key cards not working, explaining that they were for the wrong room. We expect to stay again but will request a quieter room.
