I’ll try to keep it short - I stayed for 6 nights and this place is something out of a bad movie. Room service was an additional charge, extra towels was additional charge, pool towels are limited to what’s in the room and are not offered at the pool, there are no cleaning supplies in the room, the room reaked of cigarettes and we found several baby crickets. The beds don’t have fitted sheets but flat sheets instead and the duvet has no cover. The dishwasher smelled rotten. Then in terms of the waterpark - ew ! The lazy river was piss water, the water slide had a hornets nest, the pool floor had dirt - just gross. All around a huge disappointment of a so called resort. This place was not cheap and a sacrifice for my family to make this vacation happen to feel so uncomfortable. My concerns were expressed to the front desk but nothing was offered. But I’ll simply end this with - I’ll never be staying there again. Never.

I highly recommend this property for families who are seeking a quiet and spacious place for vacation. 15 minutes from.Magic kingdom and 20 minutes from.Disney springs. The water park was amazing. They have also 4 other pools for the resident of the property. You can spend the day just chilling on the pool or the water park. Parking is extra around 25$ a day. But still a better deal than disney resorts. The rooms were big and spacious and each room came with a full bathroom and a full kitchen. My husband forgot his wedding ring in the room after we left we contacted them and they shipped it back to us! I would be back next year.

This resort was excellent! The room was very clean and provided a lot of towels! I rate it a 4 just because I feel they should put more umbrellas by the main pool. It’s like they are forcing you to purchase preferred seating, which is also limited. Otherwise the hotel was super nice!

The Grove

On arrival the room looked like it hadn’t been dusted. There was stuff on the countertops that even when we washed off the countertop, it didn’t come off. The blender was broke. The lid was missing and the base was was cracked. When we asked for more towels, we were told that we would have to wash our own towels. If we wanted more don’t stay in tower too. It’s the furthest from any of the pools in about a half a mile walk. On the positive side the rooms were extremely spacious, and the beds were very comfortable and it would be nice if there was soda, machine, machines, or water machines in each tower instead of having to go all the way to the lobby.
