from the time you walk in to the time you check out, you're treated like family ! The El Dorado is just awesome and classy.
Everyone greets you with a warm hello and smile ! They know how to please. No matter how crowded the place is, you can always navigate your way around.
the rooms are so comfy and clean.
The coffee in the rooms is just so-so and this is the only thing I'd grade as a "D-". Being in the heart of coffee country they could improve on the in room morning self coffee service.....

Very quaint-- the rooms were a little on the small side... but the hotel overall was fabulous! They even had a Gruet Champagne tasting room open at the Hotel. The restaurant was very good and the hotel bar was spectacular.
And as to the location.. 1 blk to the Plaza-across the street from Cafe Pasquals basically in the heart of the city.

Very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, smell of cleaning materials almost drove us out of the room . We opened all the windows and doors and left for a while and smell dissapated. Wonderful cafe on premises where we had a fabulous breakfast!
