This hotel was nice enough. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommend if you are going to stay here that you rent a car to drive to nearby restaurants and other venues. While it is possible to walk to nearby places, its not necessarily safe.

We stayed three nights at the Eldorado. The staff was great. We were allowed to check in early which was great after driving 5 hours. Our room was spacious and had a nice private balcony. It was clean. The hot water handle was loose and the air conditioner was not working. We called the desk and both were fixed within hours. We had issues with the dry air and the desk sent up a vaporizer.

This was a great experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Though not on the plaza, there was a shuttle service wherever you wanted to go. Thomas, our driver was so very nice and helpful! I would highly recommend this hotel!

I have stayed here many times. It is a nice, old & charming hotel with an even better location. Unfortunately my room this time around had issues with the water; that is it was either scolding hot or freezing cold. Nothing in between. When i mentioned this to the front desk guy he responded with a "That sucks man...". Not exactly an eloquent or professional response. The concierge and room service telephone lines go straight to voicemail. No one follows up with the messages either.
