Overall nice experience. Like having coffee, microwave oven, refrigerator, iron, and ironing board. Also hair dryer. You have everything you need. This is an older hotel, but has all the perks and you are on the beach. On the main street with all the action. Good food in the restaurant.

Overall OK hotel. Room was large with 2 bedrooms which is convenient for large family. It was quite. The room had smell. I saw a cockroach on the floor in the bathroom. Breakfast was limited. Pool was not clean for us to swim in. Exercise room had very limited options. I would stay again it we come to the area again because of the size of the room, but cannot give more than 3 overall. It does not have luxurious feel. You may see some cleaning supplies and brooms left in the lobby.

On 101, so made getting in and out easy in traffic. Standard hotel room. It's close to the beach. I paid nearly $300 per night because I made a last minute booking. That was the only annoying part. So expensive for such an average room.

Overall, I had a great time Newport and running around the Oregon's coast. The hotel is just okay but great view and location.
My room keys had to be updated each day and the room attendant never came in our 3 day stay, but this did not ruin my whole Newport vacation. I just got to keep my room tip myself and made sure clean towels were sent up.
