The room was very nice but it got extremely hot in the room in the night with the gas fireplace on. It was not adjustable. It was impossible to cool the room down with the a/c in the night because it was cold outside. The thermostat was not accurate and was simply reading what we had set it to. We had to resort to opening the window but it only opened a few inches. We were miserable until around 5AM when it was finally cool enough to shut the window.
Both shower heads leaked from the edges and there was poor flow through the rain fall type shower head. It looked as though no one had ever cleaned the spray holes. I scraped off some of the buildup with my fingernail and it helped with the flow of a few of the holes.
The toilet seat was odd and had a small opening. As a man I like to be able to not tuck my manhood so restrictively on those small seats.

Room was as described. Quiet with nice arrangement of closet, bath, TV, etc. Despite its location, relatively decent internet access. Breakfast was better than anticipated. Staff extremely knowledgeable, friendly and ready to address any concern you might have. I was there on the last weekend the Park was open before winter shut down, the town was near empty but you would not know it from the international guest list and breakfast room gathering. I would recommend staying here no matter the time of year due to its location and the quality of the staff.

We paid extra resort fee $70 for two nights. We didn't use pool and spa. We got 2 bottles of water. That's about it. I think resort fee was little expense. We didn't get shower cap and new body cream and etc. for second night as well. Restaurant was closed for night, but bar was open and serve dinner, that's was disappointed that the dining was closed for our stay.
Room was nice.

"Nice hotel with great amenities for a fair price."
I have been working in Cheyenne for the last couple months and I've tried a different hotel each time I come up. This one has been the best so far when it comes to how much you pay for the amount of amenities you get. This was the first hotel to actually offer a hot tub and not just a pool, which was nice after a long, cold day at work. It also had a nice looking gym with actual free weights and medicine balls in addition to the usual cardio equipment. The free breakfast had a large variety, which included biscuits and gravy with eggs and sausage, and it wasn't too bad.

Didn't like the check-in arrangement, checking in at the diner across the parking lot from the hotel. Our room was behind the building, a little odd and creepy. Room was clean but there was a bug in the sink. Room was comfortable enough so for the price, I'd stay again.
