It's right off the highway so abo It 6 or 7 exits from the fairgrounds. the outer road is the way to get back onto the main road to enter the highway. They faxed things for me and printed anything I needed. Hot coffee and tea.

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. For example, I called the front desk asking about an umbrella since the forecast changed and we didn't have one with us. I thought we had one in our car, which was parked with valet. I mentioned this to the front desk and told them where I thought it might be. The next thing I knew, they brought it to our room.

I had never been to Cincinnati before this recent trip for business. I chose this hotel because I wanted to be downtown to see the city and also because it wasn't a chain hotel so I thought it would be more interesting. It is an old Victorian era hotel that was refurbished sometime in the late 80's. It is modern inside while maintaining some of the older features. I did not go to the bar or restaurant. I did venture out of the hotel to get meals. There are a number of chain restaurants and other restaurants in the area walking distance from the hotel. I did use the hotel gym/fitness facility. The facility is just ok. The equipment was not great but did the trick. The employees were lovely. Very graciously accommodated my early arrival. If you like a window in your room (in other words, sunlight), you may want to upgrade. Since I booked on Expedia and did not upgrade (due to it being paid through my client), my room was on the interior. These rooms are fine because you do get a "balcony" opening to the sunlit interior; just a little strange. Valet parking is very expensive at $35/day. But the valet service is nice.

pretty good experience. we valet parked which is $30 a day. room was very clean and updated. room was a bit noisy. noise seemed to be coming from out in the hallway instead of thru the rooms. overall great location and facility.

With dog and cat (extra fee is charged), the room was tight but the location is great and the accommodations are clean. You can valet your car but right next to the hotel is a garage where you can self park for less than half the price of valet. The fitness room is sparse but you can use a fitness center around the corner which is 24/7 so that is nice.

In general, I'm sure the facilities are great, but the hotel still has a couple weeks of renovation to complete. Staff was friendly room was great, location good (within fairly easy walking distance of the great restaurant and bar scened downtown, and about a mile from the convention center where I spent most of my time). Come baseball season, it's going to be a great hot spot. Too bad it doesn't have more restaurants and such within the block or two.
