Found a great rate on this 3 star property with some mixed reviews. The property is in the process of being remodeled, with painters on every floor. But our room was super clean (so was bathroom). Staff was very friendly and upgraded us to a King. We don't do breakfasts in hotels so that wasn't an issue for us but they had yogurt, fruit, breads, oatmeal, waffle maker, and beverages. Would definately stay at this property again if in Little Rock.

Close to Crystal Bridges and the Amazeum. Hotel staff was wonderful. We needed the pull out couch for the children but found it was lumpy and unacceptable. They ended up sleeping with us in our queen beds. Ever slept with a 4 year old who rats around in the night? But other than rThat our stay was great. Coffee in the lobby and the WSJ to boot. Nicely done , Doubletree. Will definitely stay there again.

The Crescent Hotel is immersed in history and atmosphere, as is Eureka Springs! We stayed 2 nights and the room we had was about what we expected....very true to it's time period without a lot of modern updates. With that being said, my wife and I both got locked in the bathroom for about an hour each as the doorknob on the bathroom side of the door didn't work. Our room also was rather chilly as our heat didn't work. We did ask for and receive extra blankets, though. We had several bags and hanging clothes with us, and when checking in, and out, no offer of assistance was given to us to help with transporting our belongings.
In summary, I know I will probably stay here again strictly on the rich history. If it is affordable to you, get a larger room if available. Our room was tiny, and was still around $400/night. The restaurant staff and food was excellent! Best part of the stay!
