Very nice hotel. Close to everything downtown. Very accommodating staff especially Allan the valet, quick with food recommendations. Make sure room comes with free wifi or you might end up paying for it. To sum it up, location location location.

We come to Nashville several times a year and this was our first time at this hotel. Check-in took less than 5 minutes, was surprised/pleased when she upgraded us to the Celebrity Suite! We took the shuttle downtown one night and then back to the hotel a few hours later. Both drivers were super friendly. The shuttle only goes to 1 pickup/drop-off location downtown and the airport, so we got an Uber 1 night to take us to/from a concert. Breakfast buffet was good, lots of choices. We will definitely stay here on future visits!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and check in/out was no problem. The lobby is warm and inviting, and they have several board games, card games, dice games, and puzzles stored away in bins that guests can use. We enjoyed a few games of two-player solitaire in the evening before we went out to dinner. There is a movie theater and several restaurants within walking distance. I guess the only thing I could pick at (and it isn't their fault) is the entrance into the hotel is not the best. The entrance itself is okay, but you can't turn left to get out. If your destination is to the left, you have to start out going the wrong way, and during peak-season this could be somewhat of a source of frustration. Really though it is a tiny complaint for a hotel that was one of the nicest 3-star places I've stayed at. We will definitely be going back.

Inexpensive hotel for what you get. May not have all the bells and whistles but I'd rather save my money for shopping and meals while I'm there. Close to all the shops and attractions in Gatlinburg. Staff was friendly, let us check in an hour early, and had no problems getting an extra pillow later that first night, or upon check out. Would highly recommend for a place to lay your head when traveling for the true atmosphere of the area. Will be staying there again for future visits!
