Had a great experience, the facilities are amazing especially when decorated for Christmas. The restaurants were fabulous and the staff exceptionally friendly. Would deferentially recommend for a weekend get away.

rooms excellent for size and furnishings. I had to wipe some water that spilled on bathroom floor and found the towel picked up noticeable dirt from the floor. front desk attendants need to take a class in customer service relations and proper tone of voice when dealing with guests

Was disappointed st the "upgrades". That had been advertised to have been made. The hotel is just old. Our room had an odor of smoke in it. There were not many electrical outlets in the room at all. The walls were very thin as we could hear our neighbors children at all hours of the day and night. The sliding door would not stay closed without a horizontal bar across it. The bed linens were worn. The only thing I liked about it was the location. The parking garage was obviously not made to accommodate today's large vehicles as we had to park in two spaces for us to even be able to get out of our SUV. I would not stay here again.

Loved everything from the lemon water in the lobby to the view from my 10 floor room. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff was very courteous. And had fun relaxing in the pool. And I was only minutes away from the airport which was perfect.

I booked this hotel becuase it had good reviews but my main reason for visiting Memphis was to be a tourist and visit Beale Street and do all the Elvis things and this hotel is on the far end of Downtown and not near any of those things so if you want to be near the action and you're not going to the Convention Center I would recommend find another hotel down the street! Also, $26 a DAY for valet parking is a bit ridiculous! Also it took house keeping until after 4pm to clean our room, that seemed a bit ridiculous since, judging by the number of papers left outside the doors first thing in the morning, there were only about 6 occupied rooms on our floor!
