Room was right on the creek, you just looked down and there it was. It was loud too. But that might have been because it had recently rained. Across the creek was solid trees, which made the room dark. The room was clean, but old. Paint was pealing in the bathroom. Could use a new TV. For the price, it was a nice place to hang out and relax for the night. But I would not want to spend most of my time in that room. The pool area was much better than average. Decorated like a cave, the hot tub was in its own cave, secluded. Very nice! I would recommend this place to stay.

Everything from the rooms to the furniture to the kitchen amenities made us feel comfortable and able to enjoy our stay. The linens were comfortable... and it was nice to return home with clean clothes thanks to the in room washer and dryer. Everything was awesome for our stay!

We had a wonderful two days at the Gaylord... I actually broke my leg just before going and needed special access for wheel chair...The hotel was almost to capacity, yet they found us a room with walk in shower to accommodate our circumstances. Staff was extremely helpful in pointing out access ways, restaurants, and activities for the weekend

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle downtown runs every half hour. So convenient. It would be the best hotel when the Titans are playing. The complimentary continental breakfast was great too.
It's not the fanciest hotel but you get a lot of perks and their customer service is amazing.
If you have a car, they also have free parking. This is a premium perk when in downtown Nashville.

We had a great stay at the Omni. The location was perfect we were able to get to the music and some of the Nashville landmarks with ease. The gym was a nice size and came in very handy on our rainy day. The outdoor pool was beautiful. Our room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable; however, I did find some crumbs under my pillow the first night.

Check in was fairly easy. Advised there was complimentary tea or coffee in the morning until 9. Never found out where it was served.
Very clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
One suggestion: magnifying make up mirror would be helpful for those visually impaired. Many high end hotels have them.
Overall a good experience

Helpful friendly staff, the only issue one surly breakfast waitress who did not bring our coffee and when reminded carried on clearing the next table and muttered something under her breath which luckily I did not hear. You have to pay daily fee for valet parking even if you don't take your car out. Hotel has good size indoor pool and small sun terrace though we did not use either during Elvis Week!
