This hotel is centrally situated to the Gatlinburg strip. The beds are comfortable but what passes as pillows will wish you brought your own.
It has a nice bar and the meanest bartender in the Gatlinburg area. While I sympathize that Cara has worked 180 hours in a week, being mean to me just reduces the tip that she's going to get.
The office staff was wonderful and checking in and out was flawless.

Great hotel but you cannot walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Must use a trolley (.50 per ride:$2 all day pass). Room very comfortable. Nice option of rooms with two king beds. Front desk staff hit or miss on helpfulness. The view makes the hotel.

I wish I could give this a 4.5. It wasn't the most lush hotel I've ever stayed in, but it was clean, bright, quiet, well-decorated, and WONDERFULLY accommodating, had a great breakfast, and was a quarter of the cost of downtown. The distance really didn't matter at all, because they have a shuttle that drops you downtown, then picks up later, so you don't even have to find or pay for parking. And if you're staying on that side of the river for a ballgame, it's ideal. I'd definitely stay here again; in fact, it might be my regular haunt from now on!

We stayed here the night before flying out of the Memphis airport. I was able to pay less for this room because of points. That said, I don't think this room is worth paying more than $90 a night. It's a basic hotel room. Nothing fancy.
Also, it's in the middle of no where (though restaurants are just one interstate exit down the road) and there's power lines every where. The rooms were clean but wow I was surprised at how much trash there was in the parking lot. The trashiest parking lot I've ever seen.

This wonderful hotel is not only beautiful, but the staff are extremely professional and polite. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds and superb linens. We had breakfast in the hotel each morning and were never disappointed with the service or the food. And of course, the ducks were delightful as was the rooftop view!
