Everything was great except most of the casino machines was very old and was set up to not allow you to win. The new machines is set the same way. The hotel itself was excellent except the check- lady was rude and nasty.

The hotel is very nice with a great pool and very clean casino. It's a bit further down the strip but with the other casinos built across the street that part of Biloxi is getting nice. Only issue we had was at check in, at 7:30 pm our room was still dirty and the receptionist was very hesitant to just move us to another room. We had to ask for the manager to get it taken care of but after that everything was good

Overall the hotel was nice, staff was great, we did not receive the room we asked for and was told that it was because we booked Expedia. All guest should get the same treatment no matter where they booked. We booked and paid for a king that's what we should of gotten. And the cleaning crew didn't check the wet bar. Guest before us left a half full bottle of wine in the refrigerator. That's unexceptable due to if we hadn't of noticed it would we of gotten charge $12 for a mini bottle? Hmmmmm and it's a bit unsanitary in my eyes makes me wonder what else they skipped over. When we called to inform them they neglected to replace it with a fresh bottle for us to drink.
If you aren't weirded out by the small things and it's a great experience!!!

GOOD ROOF TOP BAR OVERLOOKING THE Mississippi.
CLOSE TO Beale St and the Rock and Soul Museum and also the Civil Rights Museum and the Lorraine Motel where Martin Luther King assasinated.
Better to stay downtown bloke to Beale St than to stay eat out by Graceland.
Would certainly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Memphis, in my case 4 days.
Was given a comp upgrade to a suite.

We needed a place to stay for one night as I was having a test done the next morning in Madison. Picked this hotel for proximity to appointment. The room was adequate, price was great, bathroom could have been cleaner on floor and walls, but other that that the stay was fine. There were no bad smells in room and that was nice.
