The hotel is clean and well staffed. The staff is very professional, courteous, well trained and inviting. The food at the casino buffet was not inexpensive on a Saturday night, but it was well prepared, plentiful and good!

First of all, I must commend a woman at the front desk (Kim?) who took exceptional care of my parents when they stayed there on a roadtrip! She ensured they had assistance with their baggage, had a room convenient to the elevator, and was so sweet to them upon arrival with a wonderful welcome!!! She is the best :)
My parents were very pleased with the room as well as the delicious breakfast served. I booked with hotel via Expedia on their behalf and couldn't have been happier with their level of satisfaction!

The Peabody is a very nice hotel and is centrally located to everything. The lobby is beautiful and the ducks are a very nice attraction. The bedroom is very nice and clean as well as the bathroom. My only complaint was the bathroom could have been bigger.

Very frustrating and the worst service I have seen in some time... When I checked out, the desk person did deduct my valet parking fee which helped some...
