Upon check in I was informed that they had me down for a king no-smoking but had requested a smoking room. I told the woman at the check in counter and she said they didn't have any smoking king rooms but had a two queen smoking room. I accepted the room even though I wouldn't need the extra bed. Not really a big deal but I thought since I had booked it in advance it wasn't going to be a problem. Overall the stay was great. Was down there for a bachelor party and had a really great time. Staff was friendly, room was pretty clean, and overall the casino, bars, and restaurants keep us all entertained. Definitely plan on going back again soon.

"Location was an important factor when staying here"
Was able to find the hotel easily and check in was completely quickly. The room was large enough for my needs and was clean. There was also secure parking. However, the best surprise was the swimming pool. It was reasonably big and clean. I wasn't aware there was one until I looked at the hotel information in my room. There was also a guest laundry which was not expensive. However, after getting my washing done, found out that the dryer did not work. I reported this to the staff and it was fixed when I returned the following afternoon. The buffet breakfast was available for guests and there was plenty of room for all. The location was good for me as I needed access to the interstate.

We went to Graceland, Beale Steet, and Gibson guitar factory. We asked about another tour on our last day there and it was suggested to take the trolley. I thought this was a tourist trolley but it was public transport. I was disappointed.

Nice facilities. Front desk staff was helpful, but demeanor was not at a 4-star hotel level. Valet staff was excellent. The room was nice, and clean, but the bed was creaky on one side. I was not expecting that at this price range. My wife and I were overall satisfied with the stay and would recommend this hotel to those looking for a quality hotel in Memphis.
