The front desk young lady was wonderful. She was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Our room was fabulous, clean and comfortable! I would recommend this hotel to anyone with or without children!!

First of all, I must commend a woman at the front desk (Kim?) who took exceptional care of my parents when they stayed there on a roadtrip! She ensured they had assistance with their baggage, had a room convenient to the elevator, and was so sweet to them upon arrival with a wonderful welcome!!! She is the best :)
My parents were very pleased with the room as well as the delicious breakfast served. I booked with hotel via Expedia on their behalf and couldn't have been happier with their level of satisfaction!

The Peabody, well-known for its' twice-daily duck parade, has a classic old-time feel about the property, which is absolutely beautiful! The lobby bar is a great place to catch a drink pre-dinner or for a nice little nightcap after. The rooms are immaculate and quite lovely, very quiet even when situated near the elevators. The staff is friendly and always willing to go above and beyond their necessary duties, and will accommodate your requests to the very best of their abilities. The Peabody is centrally located downtown, so is within walking distance of Beale Street, multiple restaurants, bars, and shops. My only complaint is that there are not enough elevators to accommodate guests during "rush-times" ie. check-in/check-out, dinner hour, and guests assembling for the duck parades. Other than that, I couldn't ask for a finer hotel or a more satisfying visit!

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. You can't beat the location if you're looking for something close to Beale, restaurants, and attractions. The first time I stayed there was in 2014 and I was highly impressed. I will admit though that I was not nearly as impressed this second time. The room was very humid and warm even though we had the AC running on the lowest temp it would go to. The AC vent in the bathroom barely let out any air so the bathroom got very hot which made it impossible to get ready in without sweating profusely. However, the room was very clean and quiet so that's a major plus. The staff was nice enough to give us complimentary drink vouchers when we arrived because our room wasn't ready yet. It was ready within 5 minutes though so it wasn't an inconvenience at all. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
