There was a group of 15 of us visiting Oklahoma City for a tennis tournament. Considering the size of our party, we were well taken care of. Alisha was very helpful. The outside pool area was a good meeting place for us after a match. The Saturday breakfast was worth the money. The beds were very comfortable. There is a Starbucks, Panera and a lot of other restaurant options close by. The maid service could have been a little better.

Our family of 6 had 2 rooms overnight. Everyone from the staff at the front doors when we first arrived to the person bringing our roll away beds to the person taking our order on the phone for room service were very friendly. We were a little over our normal budgeted hotel but were never made to feel looked down on or undeserving. The cleanliness was wonderful and everything worked right and it was such a relaxing experience. The closeness to the BOK Center is amazing! We walked back 2 short blocks to the hotel after our concert and never felt unsafe in the big city. Thanks for the great experience!!

When checking in, the man that helped us was great. The room was clean, bed was ok, as far as comfort. The toilet would not quit running sometimes so you had to jiggle the lever and the heater when it came on sounded like an airplane taking off. Our last morning we had to wait for the manager to finish smoking (about 3 minutes) before we could get our breakfast vouchers. They could see me and I could see them as they were in front of the office where there is a large window.
Other than that it was ok. Will say that we stayed in one of their remodeled rooms about a month ago and the room was much better. Overall a clean room and good place to stay.
