We chose the Ambassador because it was near the party we were attending.
It was absolutely beautiful. Our Room was well stocked clean and very comfortable.
The staff was kind and helpful. The shuttle was on time and the drivers were very friendly.
We will return and Definately recommend this hotel to others.

Front desk and gift shop staff were very friendly. Check in was very quick. The room was ready upon check in at 12:30 pm. It was very clean. Located in a corner next to a stair way and very quite at night. I really liked that it had the enclosed walkway to the convention center. So convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, had toiletries, refrigerator, microwave and older mattress. Overall an older hotel. Room served its purpose. Very inexpensive in the Winter. Cannot comment on the waterpark as I do not know if it was even open in December. No breakfast available at the hotel

Everything was great once my family was in a suitable room. Originally, I had reserved a room for my family of 5 in the Golf Villa area. Had I known it was a DETACHED building ahead of time, I could have avoided additional charges. My husband had to attend a convention in the main building each morning and my 3 young children and I had to drive over to the indoor water park because it was at least a 1/2 a mile away AND 20 degrees below zero. I had to pay the regular rate through the hotel to be in a room INSIDE the hotel. Check with the hotel or Expedia FIRST before reserving a room detached from the hotel because of the huge inconvenience. Long story short, I had to pay twice for friday and saturday nights (once to Expedia and once to the hotel) because I couldn't receive a refund. Be aware of where your room is located.

Great location and had a room with a view of Capitol Building, though limited as a corner room. Large room with really comfortable bed and great jet tub. Nice quality towels and robes, good coffee machine. Breakfast in club area was adequate in the sense that hot food was limited to bacon and eggs; cereal also available; very nice pastries. Was a nice place for a drink in the evening.

Very clean and room was larger than other hotels. The shower was big and lots of water pressure. VERY DISAPPOINTED in continental breakfast. We ate around 9:15 AM on Sunday. Room was crowded but we found a place for us all to eat. There was no french toast as advertised, the tiny pancakes were hard and cold, there was no cheese in the bowls to add to the eggs. It was almost like the kitchen staff was bored and didn't want to add anything to the display. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

Overall, the hotel was fine. However, the unexpected deposit of $20 required at check-in for "incidentals" was a big turn off. I've never, ever had a hotel assess this type of deposit before. In addition, they assess a fee for the room safe which they will take off the next morning. I escaped this charge since I had paid through Expedia. But the "incidentals" charge was still assessed but is supposed to be refunded in 3-5 days.
