Unfriendly staff, pool party noise at 12 to nighttime which sucked because we paid for oceanfront rooms but noise was so bad 11-14 floors up ended up moving rooms which helped very little. and insane charges for early or late checkout. Basically paying almost a nights stay for late checkout or early check in, each charge was over $250 and they didn’t offer anything to compensate for the noise or having to move rooms and security deposit was $600 for one night stay. Had over $1700 on two rooms one night in (early and late checkout plus security) charges on rooms that I prepaid for. Ridiculous
