We were in town for a couple of days. Easy walk from the train, as well as to Inner Harbor area. The hotel looks recently renovated. Lobby is lively, with a quiet sitting room with a large fireplace off to the side. Excellent place to watch the comings and goings. The hotel restaurant has great food, excellent craft cocktails. We have a chef in the family and she was equally impressed. The hotel is centrally located with UBaltimore to the west, and the Inner Harbor to the east. Many local watering holes, and restaurants in the area to satisfy any taste. The staff was fantastic. It was all hands on deck all weekend, with managers helping out at the bar, and serving tables. Even the bellman was helping out.

Hotel is nice. The elevators need some work and the beds need to be updates. Carpet in the halls need to be steamed cleaned because the dust and smell (old) can be felt as soon as one gets off the elevator.

I really liked this hotel. Wes stayed in one of the Grand Deluxe rooms and it was a really nice option. The best thing about it is that we were close to all the sights in D.C. The check-in was smooth and effortless, be careful with Valet as it is a tad bit expensive compared to other places I've stayed.

Zion greeted us with a great smile and excellent attitude. Carlos in lounge was excellent always on top of our drinks and food. Breakfast Buffett good. Clean wherever we went in the hotel. Liked having a newspaper every day. Tv not working in room sent someone right away. Would have liked Queen beds instead of double but overall comfy.

I was attending a conference which took place mostly at the Convention Center but also at DAR hall at at the Metro Center Marriott, and the Embassy Row Hotel was a great location being in Dupont Circle: I could use the Metro Bikes to get to the Convention Center in 10 minutes and it was about the same time using the Metro (subway) to any of the locations.
My room overlooked the embassies across Mass Ave.
