Extremely clean, room super comfortable, modern and with a beautiful sun rise view.
Staff very nice and helpful except for the waitress ithe bar-lounge area, she was sweet but took too long for serving a simple drink, no coaster or paper napking......rough service.
The rest was simply superb!

Great view which I requested. The staff, Melvin, Rumbie, AL, Cleaning staff, and all employees we interacted with were helpful and courteous. Only downfall was the business center was basically non existent and what they had you were charged to use it by the minute. Most High end hotels I've stayed in have a business center to use for it's patrons without charge. The bathroom was a little strange with the toilet very low to the ground, the shower handle low to the shower stall and the hand held shower head that always seemed to turn itself toward the door so you get water on the floor and you when you turn it on. Almost like a handicap accessible room that was partially converted for non handicap use.

Charles was there to greet us when we arrived and he was so pleasant and professional. We checked in late and I saw him again in the morning. He was very helpful and kind. Even when I called a few times asking questions before arriving, I was always greeted by someone eager to help. The staff is wonderful. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Washington, DC and about 40 minutes with traffic. The rooms are very nice. The lobby and hallways not so much. No hairdryer in my room. Besides that, everything was great. There is free continental breakfast, fred parking, free wifi and a free shuttle to the metro station. I just drove to Washington. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.
