The reason we chose this hotel is because they are pet-friendly. I would like to suggest for this hotel to have a designated floors for guests with pets who are more accepting of the noise coming from a dog barking. We were a few minutes out looking for a place to eat when we received from the front desk to come back to the hotel because our little dog was making too much noise. Having pets all on one floor would have eliminated this situation - other pet owners would understand.
There was a statement in the bathroom that states: reuse towels/linens, which is not a problem for us, however, there are no towel bars to hang the wet towels to dry!
The hotel's location is so out of the way from the interstate. I believe people are looking for easy-on/easy-off when passing through an area headed to their final destination.

Incredible view of a brick wall from our window. Staff not very personable at all. Average at best for room although it was clean and fresh. Free breakfast was very enjoyable and efficiently replenished. Plenty of class trips running the halls.
