Great location... Located just outside the Branson strip towards TableRock Lake. Also conveniently located towards Silver Dollar City. We decided to see the show "Million Dollar Quartet" in the Welk Theatre and because we stayed in the resort received a discount on tickets. Show was great.
Splashatorium was OK.. but did have a great slide. Downside for us was that they did not allow drink coolers in any of the pool areas..even of only containing water. They told us to leave them outside the fence surounding the pool area.
If back in Branson, we will definitely stay there again.

"AKA Crowne Plaza Riverfront at the Arch, St. Louis"
Expedia didn't notify us of the name change and only found out when the cab from the airport dropped us off. Ground transportation from airport seems to be limited to either limousine, taxi or muni. Not being familiar with the area we chose taxi which was about 40.00, including tip. However, on our return, we took the Muni Train for a 35 minute ride for only $2.50. Check in was quick and easy, however, our room was on the North side of the building with not much of a view and there was no refrigerator. The front desk gladly changed our room to one with a refrigerator and we were happy to see that we now had a wonderful view of the Arch, river and more. Our entire experience with the front desk was superb. Housekeeping, however, was a complete disaster from a plugged up bathtub to having to ask for clean towels, shampoo etc., almost on a daily basis. I think the room was actually only straightened up once during our visit. Service at the hotel restaurant was very slow and overall disappointing. The view from our room was spectacular and worth the stay. Otherwise, we got what we paid for on this visit to Saint Louis.

Great location!! However there was a HUGE Herbalife convention and it was Loud!! My room was right across from the elevator and ppl were off and on allll night!! Also there was a piece on the bed that was sticking out and I cut my leg on.. My husband called the front desk and told them and nobody ever came. Ended up having to rig a pillow there for the weekend. Have pics but wont let me load them.

I was expecting a lesser quality casino hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Good casino, room was great with a walk out patio, plenty of food options. Everyone was very nice/ friendly. Perfect security entrance for our room so people could not wander in without a key card.Tons of free parking, beautiful walking path by the river. The only thing missing was a pool.
