"Fun alternative to hotel/motel in West Yellowstone"
Beautiful location about 10 mins outside of West Yellowstone. Be prepared to store all food in your car (not allowed in tents) and for temperatures to drop below 40 at night! Friendly and accommodating staff (aside from the bartender who vocally refused to assist with check in after being asked by 2 other staff members in front of all the waiting guests...very unprofessional). Games and bonfires set up throughout vicinity. Would definitely recommend for a fun camping experience near Yellowstone, especially for those flying in who can't bring all the necessary camping gear.

The first impression when walking in the main entrance is great! The rooms were very good and we were able to get two adjoining rooms. Our kids loved the pool and hot tubs. The restaurant / bar had a nice seating area just off of a fairway on the golf course, that was relaxing to sit and have a drink at the end of the day. My main criteria in staying anywhere are that my family was safe and that nothing was stolen... these criteria were met. My wife and I went for a walk in the evening and got to see plenty of deer around the area.

Great place to stay with plenty of room for kids, and it has a full kitchen (suite). The pull out sofa had a memory foam mattress topper on it. Our oldest son (adult sized) was comfortable sleeping on it. The staff was helpful and attentive especially during breakfast when we all had to deal with an extremely rude tour bus group. It is located off the main road through town with plenty of parking. If you are planning an extended stay, there is a guest laundry onsite to wash clothes after rafting or a day in the park.

My only criticism is that the condo was advertised as 1 queen bed, 2 full beds and a sofa bed. When we arrived we discovered that the 2 full beds were actually a full and a single! The desk staff supplied a cot for us at no charge. The condo is located in downtown Gardiner and is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the entrance to Yellowstone National Park. It was nice having a full kitchen including dishes and a washer and dryer. There is only one bathroom but it is large and it has a shower but no bath. This was a great place to stay if you want to spend several days in Yellowstone.
