Loved the location as it was in a quiet neighbourhood with good access to public transport. Wasn't too pleased with the service as we had booked for 5 people but it seemed provisions in the room were for two people so on first night we had to ask for more blankets, tea bags and dressing gowns which never came until a lovely lady the next morning sorted everything for us. We however had to ring reception on two more occasions asking for sugar satchets and tea bags until we eventually bought our own supplies.
Sofa bed was hard and uncomfortable and housekeeping cleaning wasn't thorough as our bath tub was never cleaned.
Wasn't much of a terrible experience though.

Is well located but the rooms seem to be a bit old. Showers are small and the hole thing looks like Luis IV room.
Dont get me wrong, its not bad quality, its simply outdated and quite old.

Close to train and Brickel area of Miami. Also close to Vizcaya State Park, a Deering Estate. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Though we thought about the other Hampton in downtown Brickel, but that one was substantially per night more expensive and somewhat nicer, but not at the price difference.
