The hotel over all is quite fine. They have a good restaurant, They have a lobby sitting area that is quite comfortable. I have only two issues. (Yeah, I know I said one, but I've thought of a second...
One issue are the card key readers. They are wearing out. I had to try by TWO keys repeatedly to get them to work on pretty much every door I tried... My room door, and the elevator for guest floors access, and on the 23rd floor lounge door. I finally discovered the trick of applying upward pressure while removing the key. Then they worked reliably. Whatever. The readers apparently are old and all need to be replaced.
The second issue (the one I just remembered) is the view. I hate having rooms opening out into airshafts. I'd rather have no window than to have that view. Nothing in my pre-reservation that I saw warned me that I was getting an airshaft room.
Other than that, the room was fine. It was clean (of course) and it had all the amenities one expects these days. (oh, except they forgot the ice bucket. There was an ice machine down the hall, but no ice bucket. [sigh])
