This hotel is very nice and close to all the sports venues. Easy to walk to any of them including the new Little Ceasar's arena when it gets finished. The staff is friendly and helpful, and really make you feel welcome. The room was lovely and quite large. The only issue one might have there is that they were very late everyday making up the room. Well after 4pm each day and one day it was 6pm before they even came by. For me this wasn't a huge problem and they provided anything I asked for when they came by, but some travelers might not like the late day servicing of the room. Perhaps just ask about it at check in. In all fairness, they may have just had staffing issues while I was there. There are charges for internet access, which in this day and age seem strange to me. Overall, this was really a very nice hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Always stay at Caesars. Hotel is clean- staff is friendly.. so much going on I feel so safe. Discovered the free parking lot this time around- and really enjoyed the restaurants. The double room is not as nice as the king..

First the good. Staff was great. Rooms and lobby area were clean. Beds were nice. The only bad thing was the breakfast. The breakfast area was very clean, but the selection of items was poor. Low quality cheap carbs and very little protein. I would give it two stars at best. Needs major improvement.

Stayed here two nights on Spring Break because it was one of the cheaper options with great reviews, and am pleased that I did. Everything in Traverse City is close together and there are plenty of options for food (although I spent most of my time outdoors at Sleeping Bear, about 40 mins out of town). The area leading to the hotel pool/hot tub was under some kind of renovation (which was a bit sketchy-looking) but the pool area itself was fine. Overall, I'd definitely recommend.

I loved staying at the Red Roof Inn! The room was excellent and the service was some of the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, the low price drew several late night party-ers and the connecting rooms have no sound proofing. I was woken at 3am by loud music and laughter and had to move rooms. Luckily the staff was extremely accommodating. And even put the disturbers in a do not rent to list. However I do not recommend this hotel for families with babies or children. It would have been a nightmare in that case.

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed having a sink, fridge, coffeemaker and microwave. The shower had nice pressure and the hotel provided soaps, shampoo, conditioner and even makeup remover wipes. The bed was the perfect firmness for me. It was also good to have control over the room temperature and the air worked well. There was a pool and jacuzzi tub, but I didn't bring my suit. It looked nice and clean.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't so great and the eggs were downright unappetizing. The sheets weren't very soft. It was hard to get the shower to maintain a nice temperature. You need a car to get to any food options, though some local restaurants will deliver and the hotel staff will give you these names.
All in all, I would definitely stay again. The cons were really minor inconveniences for what was a comfortable and spacious room.
