Felt like the upkeep of the hotel rooms was lacking. House keepers not trained properly?
Not enough time, 2 pillows on each bed only had pillow protectors not cases?
The corners in the bathroom needed attention, the shower floor looked like it needed attention as well. Sorry to say, will probably stay elsewhere on our next visit.

Hotel is two buildings, indoor pool is in one, fitness center is ion the other, and there is no indoor or covered breezeway between the buiuldings. You have to go outside, and that was tough in February. Also, realized after a very cold night sleeping that the thermostat on the wall controls one of suite rooms, but not the other (the bedroom). Minor issues, but worth noting. Good btreakfast raised my score from a 3 to 4.

We stayed for one night in a ground-floor room with a King sized bed. For the money, the room was clean with a nice TV, sufficient bathroom counter space, a luggage stand, a nice sized dresser. The water closet portion of the bathroom was incredibly small - the door barely clears the toilet.
I've never stayed in a hotel with non-carpeted floors - this one as faux wood floors. Be sure to bring your slippers.
Linens were thin and duvet was stained. Wall unit heater was loud and fairly close to the bed causing sometimes barely warm air blowing directly on the person sleeping that side of the bed. Lots of cold air coming in at the door, could use some better seals. Bathroom fan was loud as well.
Overall, a good room for the price. Good location near the highway and WMU campus. Plenty of shopping, food, gas nearby. Very easy to find.

Lovely hotel with shopping and restaurants on site. Clean. Quiet. Liked the room and lobby areas. Parking was tricky but they offer valet services and there is a sky walk to the hotel from the parking structure. Would definitely stay again.

When we checked in, the woman was very friendly. There are no vending machines in the hotel, just a room that has snacks in it. We went down around 11 pm to get some snacks, but decided not to because everything was overpriced (not surprisingly). The front desk clerk who unlocked the door to the snack room for us, didn't speak or make eye contact. My "thank you" went unnoticed. When we left empty handed, the clerk waited a beat and then followed us up a flight of stairs-perhaps to make sure we didn't steal anything. When we noticed him behind us, he said "have a good night" awkwardly, and retreated. The morning front desk lady did not return my smile or greet us, but kept having her conversation with a fellow employee. The room was amazing and spacious, the bed comfortable. But if you want friendly, caring staff, go elsewhere.
