It was really a wonderful experience, the rooms huge, the staff nice, the first night the room was beside the elevator and the sound of it was horrible so the next day I changed it easily from the front desk.

We were left TWICE waiting on valet to shuttle us for over an HOUR each time. The shuttle drivers were not happy to pick us up and drop us off and we're certainly not accommodating. I'll never use their "free shuttle" services again,BUT the room was awesome, the staff were friendly, and hotel was beautifully

The hotel staff were Fantastic! Hotel is located on a great location on the Riverwalk & very tastefully decorated. 5 ladies shared a suite and worked out well, except for the one bathroom with none of the bathroom separated.

It was like a trip back in time. Pictures of Teddy Roosevelt on the walls, along with Babe Ruth and the 1922 Yankees. I expected TR to walk into the Menger Bar at any time. Danny the bartender was a great mixer of margaritas and a great source of knowledge about the hotel and its history.

Friendly staff, COLD lobby, convenient location. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the hotel room - which is a pretty big deal to us. The bathroom was very clean, the sheets were clean but there were lots of stains on the dust ruffle of the bed, the arm and sides of the chairs and the floor. The result was we felt very limited in the room and tried to only sit on sheets that appeared freshly laundered. The other odd thing about the room was the toilet was extremely high off the ground.

Everything you could ask for in a hotel and more.
Not only were the hotel, room, and amenities nice but things like complimentary breakfast... wine reception at dinner time... cookies and milk reception before bed... make this hotel go above and beyond the others. The staff were all super nice. I would only ask that they improve their offerings on their room service menu. Other than that, no complaints at all!
