There was long lines when I checked in and every day until I checked out. The clerk asked several times to have a manager come out to assist with checking customers in but no one showed up. The front desk gave the impression the long lines were an ongoing issue. I was never made aware of a dining room was on the 2nd floor until the day I checked out. The tv was unplugged and the microwave clock was flashing which indicates no one was in the room prior to my arrival. The hotel and rooms are dated. It was by far the worst Doubletree that I have ever stayed in. It gave franchise vibes instead of a corporate operated hotel.

The room was clean, but a little outdated. Only downside was some rooms had free breakfast and some rooms didn't which was a little confusing. Valet was fast and easy. It's located in a busy area, but has plenty of places to walk to. Beds were comfortable and clean. Gym was nice and had plenty of equipment.
