Great location. Many places of interest within walking distance. Staff and hotel amenities couldn't be better. ZaZa is the only place I stay when in Dallas and I've been to most of the nicest hotels in the area.

Great location close to Highland Park and Downtown. Hotel team are first class and can't do enough to help. Hotel luxury car service is a great way to get around. Gym is well equipped with modern equipment. Hotel location is in a quiet neighbourhood. Room standard is very good. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating. They made us feel like VIP guests even though we were only there for a one night stay. The incredible works of art inside and out were such an added pleasure to our stay! Not to mention the unforgettable pool!

Woman working at the check in desk was rude but the rest of the staff was great. Although the room was well decorated and clean the beds and pillows weren't comfortable and the air conditioner didn't regulate the temorture very well.

We liked the downtown location in the historic building and close to restaurants. Our room was on the 22nd floor and don't know if this had anything to do with it but the AC didn't work very well. Otherwise this was a very good stay.

I was excited to stay at Nylo S Dallas. The fun, eclectic design was appealing. The infinity pool was appealing. Having a "loft-style" room was appealing. The location was appealing. BUT...it is definitely a party hotel.
After driving 12+ hours to Dallas, we were looking forward to taking a dip in the beautiful pool. When we got there, check in was easy & efficient. What we didn't realize was that the pool area turned into a lounge/dance bar late at night. We weren't going to swim with many individuals there that were clearly not there to swim.
The room was definitely spacious. It was cool with the exposed brick & duct work. The bed was comfy. The shower was spacious & had great water pressure. BUT the shower could use some bleach scrubbing.
After the pool closed at 2am, the party goers made their presence known by being loud & proud. They were slamming doors, talking & laughing loudly, not cautious with their words. The staff did come to quiet them. So that isn't a "hotel" problem. I'm stating this to let you know that I would not bring my kids to this hotel as I don't feel it's kid friendly.
So...if you like to party, this is your place to stay.

Not the Ritz but they do their best here. Second stay in recent months. Both acceptable, or a bit better. Rooms not spacious, but then it is a low-ish priced city hotel so what should we expect. Breakfast area is nice. Have a bar area in the evening and though I did not have a chance due to schedule to enjoy it I would certainly try to next time.

With its proximity to the Arts District and downtown's white-collar firms, the creative set congregate in Uptown and Oak Lawn. This leafy area is a mix of high-rises, single-family homes, and commercial districts. The intersection of Cedar Springs and Throckmorton is the heart of the city's gay community. Uptown has the American Airlines Center, home to the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Stars.
