Booked our room for one king bed and when we got there, there were 2 double beds...not that big of a deal, but not what I asked for. Parking is extremely limited on the street - you basically have to valet and it's kinda pricey per night...it would have been nice if the parking situation was disclosed. I also had a friend meeting me and since they charge the valet to the room, their valet was charged to mine as well...again, not a huge deal, but definitely not ideal. Checkout was at noon on Sunday and housekeeping was knocking on the door trying to get in at 9:30 am, again at 10:45 am, and then again at 11:30 am. I understand the rooms need to be cleaned, but we hadn't even gotten up yet after a night out. Had there been a do not disturb sign, I would have promptly hung it. After one knock they were trying to get in. The room was nice and clean, and the location can't be beat! I would recommend this hotel, but provide all of the details full disclosure.

From valet to check-in to stewards to room service, everyone here went above and beyond. We had a specific need that we did not want to have to get out and go to the store for and one of the star bell hops opened the gift shop for us after hours. Room service was reasonable and delicious. Beds were amazing. Views were awesome. The location was spot on for all downtown adventures. You can't go wrong with this one. Just remember full service hotel means nothing is free but the service is top notch and you should tip for it. Don't expect fridges, microwaves or continental breakfast. But, do expect to be treated special. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors conversations pretty clearly through the bathroom vents. Street noises traveled up to the 5th floor but nothing too disturbing. Slumber came easily and was uninterrupted. You will be steps away from everything fun. Overall great choice in the pricey range.

It was a nice hotel. It is well situated and the staff was really nice. My only beef is that our room was awkwardly laid out and when someone showered in an adjacent room it sounded as if a jet engine took off in our room. When we had the hide-a-bed pulled out - you had to climb over it (like walk or climb on it) to get to the bathroom. Made it an unpleasant night for our kiddo whenever we had to go to the bathroom.

"Staff was extremely nice! Very helpful, pleasant!"
Staff made us feel very welcomed and answered any questions we had with eagerness to make our stay enjoyable. All staff that I came in contact with. From a very helpful clerk, housekeeping, breakfast crew, & even maintainace man. That never happens but it did here! I will stay there again.

Pocket Guide: Fort Worth Downtown Fort Worth Hotels
Sundance Square is downtown Fort Worth’s signature destination. Here, visitors can shop, dine, and sleep in historic buildings in a 14-block area. One of the city’s gems, though, opened only in 2001. Despite its age, the Bass Performance Hall was built to match its old-time surroundings. Two 48-foot angels guard the main entrance. The Fort Worth Convention Center lies at the foot of Main Street.
