This was a great place to stay…small and basic but also clean and comfortable. There were really good dining options but also a general store with a good selection of groceries. The shuttle was very nice to have access to even though we also had our car. More signs directing to the shuttles would have been helpful. Also, more easy access to water. You hear how important water is and yet, no refill station near the room and multiple water refill points along the trail were shut down.

Property had some pretty warn carpet in the hallway but once you got into the room it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Could use some updating but for the location the price was great.

It was good. I expected to have a view of the Grand Canyon, but we still had to drive to it. Check-in clerk had no idea what she was doing and ran my card twice. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable.

Hope your room doesn’t stink!

Unfortunately the first room they offered was near the cafe and it smelled like dumpster. The desk person (who was not in the least bit pleasant - quite doped up id say) did move us to a room further away that was fine. It was plain but clean and QUIET. Lots of USB AND USB-c ports for charging phones and camera equipment
