"Very nice hotel "
After reading some reviews I was a little hesitant to stay at this hotel but in all honesty it was a great experience. We stayed in the King suite with jacuzzi tub, the room was slightly small but It was doable. The bed was very soft and the pillows were nice as well one feather and one more standard. My only issue was our room was right in front of the stairwell but there wasn't much noise or foot traffic to bother us. Only noise was the staff doing laundry and even then that wasn't that bad.

Overall a nice place. Could have been cleaner. Furniture could have been more comfortable. More seating in a suite. More counter space in bathroom. Pipes sticking out of wall in living room. Staff was very pleasant. Restaurant needs bigger menu.

"We enjoyed the tennis courts...It was the garden 2"
I love this place and it has held onto its poshness. Ideal for sports families traveling for sports activities as the room, beds, and big spatial areas for gear are certainly appreciated. Housekeeping, Wonderful.

"Nice hotel but too smokey"
It was a very beautiful place and the room was very nice and upscale. I had a nice view of Camelback Mountain which I climbed back in December with my 24-year-old daughter so that was nice. The hotel could have let people know there was a big pool party on Saturday that was $50/person. They closed off the main pool and and only this smaller pool area was available. A lot of guests were pretty upset about it. At night after the pool party there were a ton of really drunk 20 something year-old's. It was like Spring break. Pretty crazy.

"Fix the clocks"
Bedside clock could not be set (at least by me). Had the wrong time, which made me uncomfortable. TV time was also wrong. Provide instructions for the guests if the staff can't stay on top of these things. This was NOT a daylight savings time issue. The clocks were WAY off.

    Explore Phoenix

Arizona’s capital and biggest city, sun-kissed Phoenix really rolls out the red carpet for visitors. The best launch pad for exploring? The Cityscape entertainment district in the heart of downtown. It’s easily reached from Sky Harbor International Airport on the PHX Sky Train, which connects with citywide light rail.

After a cheesy egg dish at Matt’s Big Breakfast, learn about the Southwest and its native people at the one-of-kind Heard Museum – don’t miss the kachinas. The special exhibits always shine at the nearby Phoenix Art Museum. Refuel after a day of museum hopping with gourmet pizza from beloved Pizzeria Bianco or a hearty steak at old-school Durant’s. We love those dark booths.

The city’s most famous landmark, Camelback Mountain, is a popular spot for a hike. Just north, the Musical Instrument Museum offers an engaging symphony of global sounds. Spend an afternoon exploring the sprawling Desert Botanical Garden – the desert wildflowers are a highlight. If pampering is your goal, the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa is a classic, well-manicured getaway.
