The staff was very friendly and accommodating! So much to do...many pools, pickleball, golf, hiking, mtn biking. The only beef I had was the poolside bar adding an automictic 20% gratuity to my check (for 2 drinks and chips). I always tip over 20%, and so I just left it. Plus it looks like I was taxed on the gratuity

Assigned a room that was already occupied and cold shower first night, no hot water! Had to park 100 yards away from unit due to parking situation!! Not happy with these guys!! I complained and they comped my resort fees that I didn’t know existed!

Our room was spacious for two, could comfortably fit four. A lot of pools to choose from to enjoy. Gift shop prices are ridiculous(for example a bottle of aloe was $22). Stayed over memorial weekend and you can tell they didn’t take in account for how many parking places they have, it was hard finding decent parking we had to circle around the property for 10 mins! But i did like that they had on site golf cart transportation. They do need to seriously upgrade carpeting and painting the place it starting to look very old. Also I asked front desk for ice and they basically told me to get it myself lol

Over-crowded, and not clean..

We booked this hotel for a staycation for the weekend. We booked a 6 person suite, and the room was so incredibly tiny. There was only 1 tiny bathroom trash can for the whole room. Cracks in the sink, floors were dirty, the bath tub was stained. Walls are paper thin and could hear everything at night. The “family” pool was occupied by adults with no children who took up every single chair and we had to put all our stuff on the ground due to lack of seating. When we went to The Falls area, we were told we couldn’t bring our water in (we have 4 children and it was 90+ degrees outside). Couldn’t even bring in snacks for our toddler. We couldn’t even find seating at this pool either. The restaurant on site was horrible. The food tasted like it was frozen. During the breakfast buffet, one of the staff was stocking the bread with his bare hands, no tongs or gloves. We ended up not even staying the 2nd night and just went home. Will never stay here again.
