It was fine—quiet for a casino but we really needed just a ½ hr late checkout and they not only wouldn’t do it ( which I have NEVER encountered) but were so rude about it. Also when we needed to extend our stay (our granddaughter was a little overdue) they didn’t really make an effort to find another room for us. We ended up checking out and moving to the Marriott old town which was lovely. But everyone at the front desk was friendly other than that

The toilet was SO LOUD when flushed. It literally would wake us up in the middle of the night if the other person used the restroom. The shower handle came off when we turned it. Check-in was sort of a hassle as well. And the jacuzzi was really dirty. To be honest I’m surprised at these things for how much the rooms cost. $300/night 😬

Great restaurants, amazing views, and could barely hear hallway/neighbor foot traffic. 4 stars due to bathrooms being very echo-y with only sliding barn door from the bedroom that didnt even sit flush with the wall…we could hear everything going on in the bathroom from the beds. Please bring back normal hinged doors to bathrooms!!
