Looks can be deceiving. My purse up here

The room appeared to be clean, but it was dusty, the sink in bathroom kept cogging, the shower had soap residue on the ball, and the curtains was coming off of the curtain rods, the only way I stay again woul be convenient, it was two great things, no parking fee, and no resort fee.

Disappointed

This hotel was very mediocre for the amount of money we paid for it. For one it didn’t have a microwave in the room and the carpet was old and stained and very outdated wish we chose a different location. The spa was nice but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel! We were very disappointed especially with the rooms being almost $400 a night!

The AC in our room didn’t work. The temp when we arrived was 65 degrees. Returning that night it was 78 degrees and never cooled down. We checked out much earlier than planned the next day because of how hot the room was. The headboard had marker writing on it. The furniture and carpet were stained. The pillows were very cheap and the windows of the room on the tenth floor were covered in spiders. Not worth nearly $500 a night.
