Very nice accommodations for our one-night stay. From the gentleman who checked us in, giving us helpful tips and offered the children some activities for the evening and the plane ride the next day, to the quality fitness studio and very comfortable beds-our stay was more than expected.

The room was noisy near the pool. They had pool parties for young kids. It was also humid and all of my clothes we damp from it. There was also an unsafe staff member who was inappropriate in his behavior with me. I made a complaint & he was still not reprimanded. I ended up leaving the hotel & checking into one down the street.

The room that I had which was 303 was located directly behind the elevator so the wall had a humming noise every time the elevator was activated. The TV didn’t work very well. The remote had GOO and some sort of sticky substance all over it, and it never was able to switch channels. I talked to the front desk and the technician came up and he said that the TV wasn’t supposed to even be in this room so I’m surprised they didn’t have a clue as to how the properties being managed.

Unfortunately a car alarm in the hotel parking lot was going on and off from 2 am on to about 6 am. This tainted our experience of this hotel. Also the previous customer left the alarm on for 6 am and this woke us up also. We did mention these complaints to the front desk and she was very understanding and took some money off the bill.

First room smelled like a bottle of bleach. Moved second room the carpet was so dirty when I walked barefoot my soles turned black. 3 out of the nights we stayed we were repeatedly woken up with car alarms going off 2 and 3 times a night.
