Service was exceptional at the Fort Pontchatrain. I was able to stow my luggage while at a conference, and even checked in early. Room was very comfy and quiet. A perfect stay.

The hotel is well maintained. Everything in the pool / spa area was functioning and clean. The breakfast was just just fine, not great. For this hotel I would have though they could manage to provide real coffee cups and silverware, not to mention plates at $19/pp. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The room was VERY Small and the wood around the window was rotten out? For a 400 dollar room I would of thought that kind of stuff would have been fixed. Also, the TV was not working. I called the front desk. They told me an engineer would be up to look at it. Welp no one ever came to fix it, soooo... Netflix it was.

It was an okay hotel, but for how basic the amenities were, breakfast not being included (and being $20), being able to hear someone else's shower running, the price just genuinely can't justify it. Far too overpriced foe how basic it is. I'd look elsewhere if you have other options.

This was a great stay, rooms were clean staff was helpful making for a great stay. The bartender Courtney was a definite plus, she makes a great ole fashioned and was spot on with menu choices. This will be my go to place going forward.
