The interiors and amenities are super-cool. Staff even made me a grilled ham&cheese sammy at 1:30am when I checked in.
Only helpful comment would be a suggestion to train the housekeeping staff better. There was confusion as to if/when I wanted my room serviced during the day. Like...cleaned and Bed made. I think this was due to a real language barrier. Perhaps there should be someone on the floor overseeing who can speak to housekeepers in Spanish. (I wasted my time learning French in high school). Also, day after my arrival a housekeeper wanted to service the room (granted -at 3:00pm) as I was trying to dress for a special event. She asked if she could get started anyway. I probably should have said "no". She kept bumping into me while I was trying to finish dressing, putting my jewelry and valuables in the safe, etc. I asked her to just turn down the bed and she said she didn't know how to. So she fully replaced decorative pillows et al. Didn't vacuum or replace water bottles, q-tips, shampoo, etc. All this not really important. The surprising thing was as she was finishing the bed she started coughing and clearing her throat and told me she was really sick. AFTER SHE'D HANDLED MY PILLOWS AND Made The BED!
So yes, housekeeping needs a little more training if they're aiming for a five star rating.

The staff was courteous and very helpful the whole time we were there. The rooms were very nice and clean and the bed was super comfortable. The view we had from the 11th floor was amazing and room service was right on time! I will definitely be back.

The Magnolia was our last stop on a fall visit to Colorado and was just what we needed. We were lavished with a free beer/wine hour, cookies and a spectacular breakfast buffet. The corner room was clean, comfortable and modern with lots of light. We took advantage of the complimentary driver delivering us to the door of our restaurant selection and picking us up promptly. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful! Great place.

"Wonderful hotel close to downtown and light rail "
We spent our last night in Colorado there, we had a great dinner at Mercantile and saw a show at the theater. The room was quiet, beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless. The next morning we caught the light rail to the airport, the station is right outside the hotel.

The extra special service we received from the Curtis staff made our stay one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Just mentioning that we were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday in conversation while checking in prompted Amy at the front desk to send us a nice gift to help celebrate. What a pleasant surprise! Thanks again! We will definitely return. Little things go a long way.
