Great stay, recently renovated so its sparkling new. I stayed in a Superior Deluxe Room. Bathrooms were beautiful and spacious and clean. Room itself was also very new and clean though the space is small. It is not really lacking, but I like to spread my suitcase contents out, and I started to run out of surfaces to put those contents. Aside from that they had everything I needed, though a tea kettle and mugs would have been nice.
Location is good, a good number of restaurants nearby.

Staff was very friendly. Buffet breakfast was very delicious and kitchen staff were great was well. Room was average size but very cozy. Bathroom was very clean. Beds are somewhat small as I am over six feet tall but overall very comfortable. Motel is very close to shops and offices as well as attractions.

Literally one block from the best bars and clubs in Dupont. If you want to have a great time and not worry about an uber or driving stay here! Also walking distance from the White House. Make sure to ask the receptionist for a free voucher for the Golds Gym across the street. Also Olivia's Diner down the street is a must in the morning.

Hotel suite was beautiful. There were a few areas in the suite that needed repairs, ie. Chipped paint throughout the bathroom, matte paint throughout the suite looked warn and dingy. Kitchen cabinets needs repairs. No restaurant in the hotel. Limited food options in neighborhood due to business location.

Loved the hotel and would stay here again only veryminor issues that most peopke wouldn't even notice. For example the drywall on top of the shower was patched and it was not a good job at all. Overall only cosmetic issues. Again. We would absolutly stay here again!

Downtown DC is awash with culture. The Smithsonian Institution museum complex flanks the National Mall. The Washington Monument bisects the Mall, just south of the White House. Federal agency headquarters house bureaucrats of varying stripes. Moneyed and powerful lobbyists help create (and quash) laws from K Street. Chinatown and the Washington Convention Center lie east of downtown.
