The front desk lady I didn’t get her name but she was a older lady she was very snotty and rude while I was checking in and my room wasn’t the best the shower was dirty and the shampoo and conditioner were empty

First off the hotel room looked nothing like the picture. Did not stay in room often but it’s a nice stay if you’re going to be out a lot. Not so much for being in the hotel all day.
