As much as one pays for a stay at the Fairmont I expect nearly a perfect experience. All in all it was a pleasant stay but a lack of privacy. The inside blinds to huge glass windows would not draw shut very well. This resulted in a lack of privacy. The blind was also very worn. Additionally, the water pressure to the shower was terrible, similar to the Fairmont in Chicago. Also had to make a call to request washrags.

Great Hotel located right across the Roberto Clemente Bridge by PNC Park and a short walk to Market Square and Point Park. We were only in Pittsburg one day for a Pirates game to see PNC Park with our 2 boys and this was the perfect location to catch the game and the sights. My 2 boys could not have been more excited that they could see the field from our room (including the bathroom)! Lovely hotel and the staff were all very helpful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness was because there was a cracker and crumbs under the mattress of the pull-out sofa, otherwise it was awesome!

We had an enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant food was mediocre. Buffet breakfast was ample. However items were cold. Dinner items were ok. Lamb burger was dry and quite salty. Crab cake sandwich and scallop dinner were tasty.

Known both as the Golden Triangle and the Central Business District, this area is the city’s arts and commercial center. Catch a show at the 14-square-block Cultural District, home to a bevy of theaters and galleries. Its Point State Park, a national historic landmark, hosts the Three Rivers Arts Festival each year. To the north, The Andy Warhol Museum pays homage to its pop-art namesake.
