The Alexander was a fantastic experience. After driving through a rainstorm to get to an evening concert, I was stressed and under a deadline. The parking garage made parking a breeze. We took the skywalk to the check in and there was no wait. They checked us in and explained everything we needed to know. The lobby and halls were beautiful. It made the walk to the room surprisingly enjoyable. The process was so efficient that my wife and I had time to walk to the concert instead of drive. The only issues for us were a loud phone talker pacing in the hallway, letting us know he was the world's greatest businessman. Another issue was the phone was unplugged and uncharged so it took a few minutes to figure out how to call for room service. Room service was fantastic by the way. Most hotels have subpar food, but this food was really good! Recommend the cheese plate. The king size bed was amazingly comfortable, my pregnant wife even loved it. That's not any easy accomplishment. Highly recommmend this hotel!

The room was immaculate, as if we were the first occupants. Very quiet, comfortable, and the breakfast was an easy self serve affair. Front desk personnel were attentive, friendly, and considerate. Valet were ever present and friendly even though I did not use their services. The remainder of hotel staff were fairly invisible, but everything was cleaned, restocked, and in proper order.

Booked 2 rooms (6 total travelers) via Expedia, great rates, (160ish) for double king rooms. Rooms were on the small side, but adequate.
Beds were very comfortable, and had a very large 50+" flat screen mounted to wall across from the 2 beds.
 Nice shower
safe in the room for valuables.
No Microwave, and very small fridge,
We arrived promptly at 3 pm check in time- One of the two rooms was not ready yet. We were told we had about a 15-20 minute wait while it was cleaned. no big deal as we had another room to go to in the meantime. Only problem was the room didn't become available for almost 60 minutes, and we were on a schedule to get ready for plans for the evening. Not a huge deal, but should have never been an issue at all.
The parking- we arrived on a Colts preseason game night, and the traffic was horrendous. no place to park at all. Valet parking is the only option. again, not terrible but even calling ahead 15 minutes before needing our vehicle- we had a 10-15 minute wait on the street to get our car. Over all, I would stay again, mainly because it is about the only place around that has DOUBLE KING rooms!!!
