Older hotel but with helpful and kind staff. Very close to the beach. In the heart of downtown Vancouver. Not very fancy but my family would definitely stay there again. Our room had a useful closet space, dining table and kitchen. Underground secure parking, albeit tight to park in so I would advise against a larger vehicle. For the price and considering it is a 2-star hotel I was pleased with our stay. Nothing fancy but very reasonable value for the area.

We have stayed here a few times before and like the location. There is a coffee shop at the corner and
restaurant next door. The hotel also serves breakfast which is ok.
We enjoyed our suite (a living room with a bedroom), but they should put area rugs down or make the wooden floors prettier. The elevator is tiny but they have a nice business center on the 2nd floor to do your boarding passes.
3.8 is my rating.

This is an excellently located hotel on Robson St. The rooms are basic and sparce but comfortable and clean. Our room had a stove, fridge and coffee maker. The bedroom had no window which was great for light and sound pollution. The towels are small and thin. There was ample space in the room and it worked well for the purpose of our stay. We were able to walk to Canada Place and Vancouver Convention Centre within 15-20 minutes. There is also a Starbucks a block away and Cora's is directly across the street. There are many Korean and sushi restaurants on the block as well.

The staff were amazing, so helpful in telling us how to get around the downtown area. The location is perfect, 20 minutes to Stanley Park and five minutes to Rogers Arena. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and board and big screen TV. We would definitely stay again!
