Good place to stay! Staff very nice! Only issue is that it can get a little noisy but that’s expected as it’s by downtown. Stores and restaurants nearby, breakfast buffet was impressive!

This was a great place to stay with lots of things within walking distance. Staff were awesome and helpful. My only complaint if I had to make one would be to offer a soda option that is DIET and CAFFEINE FREE in the little market for guests. I got so tired of water...

Hi! We are in 1416 and it was extremely loud last night on the adjacent room. We had no sleep until about 2:30am and we had to leave at 5:30am so we feel very tired. My husband had to knock on the wall a few times to let the other room quiet down. I was going to bring this up to the front desk when we come back this afternoon. The wall noise insulation is poor or just the other room is very loud and inconsiderate. We could hear them having intimacy all the way to the bathroom. Not the peaceful vacation I imagined!

Room was clean and comfortable. Good amenities. Breakfast buffet was not good and staff were rarely around to help. Definitely not worth the $35 if you don't have it included with the room. Honestly not worth it even if free. Customer service was terrible on almost every interaction. - When I arrived the doors were locked, which makes sense, but no staff was there to let me in for 10 minutes. - Got stuck in elevator for 40 minutes. Called after using the help desk and the front desk person informed me to be patient, someone was working on it and I didn't need to call them. When it finally opened no one was there to check on us. When I went to the front desk to ask for an update or to get some info the front desk manager asked "what I expected him to do about it". Talked to multiple front desk employees during this fun interaction and not a single person even offered me a sorry. The hotel is fine, but do not stay here if you value customer experience or service at all.
