This place is newly opened - I am sure it will be super awesome once it is complete. The address was hard for drivers to find - not sure if it was on the map yet. There was no staff to assist other than some one sitting at the front desk to open the door - but other than that, he really couldn't do much else. Amenities were not complete - so I can just speak on the room which very clean and comfortable - I wouldn't be surprised if it was brand new. Perfect for short term living. Lots of close by places to eat and a very active scene but the location of the hotel was very quiet.

Overall the experience was good. The location is great, especially for the price. My main quarrel was the room felt cold and too industrial for my liking. The room was mostly concrete (ceiling, walls, laminated concrete floor) with some white accent walls. The air conditioning was also not reliable. We arrived to a very warm temperature and turned the thermostat way down and turned on the air, but the air didn't actually turn on. Later during our weeklong stay, it turned on sporatically for short periods of time. The room came with a kitchenette with all the needed utensils and a washer & dryer. I probably wouldn't stay here again, just because the room never felt cozy. The view was nice though.

We were looking for a hotel close to the Bell Centre, for a decent price. And we got it. In fact, they provided us with a free upgrade to our room, and I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room (the former is especially very important to me). The hotel was just a 10 minute walk away from our show as well. I'd come here again!
