The location was ideal for walking to many things in the downtown area including Coors Field, restaurants, shops, and the Union Train Station.

The staff at front desk are really nice and very polite but I can tell that someone lost 2 packages, I bought 3 items that were send by Amazon, Fedex and UPS, Amazon fin, Fedex lost but the information in Fedex shows that someone on the hotel received it, UPS lost; then, if you are planning send something to the hotel be carefull maybe you don´t get it.

We ordered the charcuterie board at the hotel. The meat was spoiled... to the point that it stunk. You couldn't touch the meat without noticing the stench. The bartender tried to make it right but the evening was ruined. This place was only OK. We will not be staying here again. The sad thing is, we love the hyatt, this one is sub par.
