My Wife and I wanted to stay close to the Bellco so we could walk back after a performance, and this was reasonable, about a 15 minute walk each way. The room was clean and nice, had some minor wear but overall, it was mostly quiet, clean and in a location with a lot of things within a 5-minute walk, we'll probably stay there again.

The room was huge and well-equipped. The desk, couch, and large bathroom really made things comfortable. The staff were just neutral; not rude, but not overly welcoming or helpful. The restaurant (food, drinks, and service) was really disappointing. We tried twice and it didn’t improve. However, the location is within walking distance of some amazing places to eat, so it’s not that much of an issue.
